Project Torch President Bill Scherr is also the chairman of the board for World Sport Chicago (WSC) and a board member of Chicago 2016, as well as co-chair of Chicago 2016's Athletes Advisory Council. WSC is an organization founded by Chicago 2016 to enhance the image, awareness, and participation in Olympic, Paralympic and amateur sports across Chicago. WSC's programs include clinics, exhibitions, seminars and demonstrations and international events to allow kids the opportunity to learn directly from world athletes. Read more.
