The Project Torch Foundation believes that small actions can amount to big results, especially if taken up on a grand scale.

Project Torch, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, invests in some of the most promising athletes in the sport of wrestling. This strengthens the sport at the national level, and benefits American athletes in national and international competition.

We provide financial assistance, top-quality facilities, mentorship, and outstanding coaches to current national-caliber and world-class athletes. The same resources are offered to developing athletes and youth with financial need who demonstrate the potential to compete and succeed on the national and world stage.

Our programs focus not only building athletic ability, but also aim to cultivate the athletes' personal character to ensure their success in other areas of life. We encourage our athletes to become strong role models for others, and good citizens that lead by example.

Project Torch works in conjunction with the Overtime Training Center and an affiliation with the New York Athletic Club to allow athletes an opportunity to train at world-class facilities with an elite coaching staff. Our organization utilizes former senior level wrestlers in key administrative roles, who bring an understanding of the sacrifice, hard work, and multiple resources that lifelong training and competition require. Therefore, we operate with a first-hand appreciation for the instrumental needs of athletes seeking to be their ultimate best and someday compete at the Olympic Games.
