America doesn't send its athletes to the Olympic Games, Americans do through a great tradition of supporting our best athletes at the grass roots level.
Many nations around the world fully fund their athletic teams that compete at the Olympic Games. At this time, the United States is not among the top ranked nations that provide Olympic funding because our athletes do not receive direct financial support from the U.S. government. Elite athletes in this country rely on the contribution and support of other Americans.
The Project Torch Foundation believes that small actions can amount to big results, especially if taken up on a grand scale. Contributions from families, businesses, and corporations who share our vision can collectively amount to monumental support for the athletes who benefit from Project Torch's programs.
Project Torch, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, is prepared to accept your contribution in any amount and any kind, including airline miles, hotel points, product vouchers, or gift card. All donations are tax deductible and may be earmarked by the donor for a specific Project Torch program, purpose, or athlete.
